  I had a great 'Iconic make-up' session experience with Marta in Stratford John Lewis department this Saturday. Marta listened to me and took time to put me at ease and explain the whole process. I'm not very confident with make-up but felt comfortable asking questions, and left looking confident for a pre-wedding party, with a few essential items packed up too. Thank you Marta!

  Booked in to the Charlotte Tilbury at John Lewis Westfield Stratford to have my make up done for a special occasion. Tripta was amazing and I was so thrilled with the results! I will be back. Am also loving my magic cream and serum, foundation (which is a perfect match) and the SPF primer. A big thank you!!!!

  I went to the Charlotte Tilbury Counter at Stratford Westfield John Lewis. Last time I was here the service was really poor but today I was given exceptional customer service from Yasmin who colour matched me to the right foundation shade/concealer and advised me on what step to follow and which brush to use when applying my makeup. This is why customer service should be consistent. Yasmin is a really asset to Charlotte Tilbury.

  First time ever buying a Charlotte Tilbury foundation as I’ve always used Estée Lauder. Came in and the store was beautiful and well equipped with all tools and testers. I came to get a foundation and help with a shade match. The lady who helped me I don’t know her name but she did help me find my shade and prep prime my skin. She explained what she will use and what each product does. At the end she asked if I’d like to buy the other products but I just needed the foundation so I purchased. I think the shade match service is good especially when I told her I do not want yellow undertone shades, she listened and recommended the cool undertone shades. The foundation itself is very heavy and looks cakey to me but a little goes a long way and I think skin prep is a must.
